Payment Options
We offer many ways to conveniently pay for your selections. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, Paypal, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. (All check orders will be held until cleared). We value your business and want to make online shopping as easy and worry-free as possible. Payments are accepted online at checkout, over the phone or by mail (see instructions below).

We use I-Transact as our payment processor for all credit card transactions. You are routed to a secured site during checkout and you do not need to have a account to complete your purchase. Simply follow the instructions under to enter your credit card information. It is fast, easy and secure - we never see or store your credit card number. Of course, you may also pay with your established Paypal account.

The procedure for printing your order form for mailing a check or money order is as follows:
• Choose the items that you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping bag.
• When you are ready to check out, click on "Shopping Cart."
• Click "Checkout" to continue.
• Fill out all of the information that is noted as required, Choose "Check/Money Order" as your payment option. When finished, click "Confirm Order."
• Print the confirmation/receipt that is emailed to you and mail it in to us with full payment. We will be happy to help you complete the transaction.

Note: Many internet service providers and online e-mail programs filter e-mail that appears to be spam to "Junk" and "Bulk" folders without you knowing. We're sorry, but we cannot accept Western Union wire transfers, international money orders or checks drawn on non-US banks. We also do not offer financing or a layaway program.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation/receipt from us when your order is placed and a second e-mail when the order has shipped (with tracking information for Express Shipping only). You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account through our website (login can be found on the left-hand side navigation).

Sales Tax
We are not required to collect and submit sales tax for any state other than North Carolina (which requires taxation on the total price including shipping). You are responsible for making sure that all required use taxes are paid for your state. Each state manages and dictates its own policies and requirements.

Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship all orders insured through USPS.

Standard Shipping
(USA only) USPS First-Class Mail®. Insurance included. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery after it has shipped. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses welcome!

International Shipping
USPS Priority Mail International®. Insurance included. Delivery time varies by location and hold-up in customs, approximately 6-10 days. Tracking available. Please note that some international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. We hold no control over this.  When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Express Shipping
(USA only) USPS Express Mail®. Insurance included. Next day delivery after it has shipped. Please allow up to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for delivery once the order is placed. This is an express, not overnight service. We will do our best to rush it through and ship it out as soon as possible, making it a priority over all other orders. Tracking available. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses welcome!

Order Tracking
Track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account (login is located within the navigation list on the far left). There you will find a summary of all the orders you have placed and their status. USPS tracking numbers are available for Express and International Shipping only. By logging in, you can also update your billing address and stored shipping addresses for future purchases.

Return/Cancel Policy
If you need to cancel an order, feel free to give us a call or send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If your package has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and you must follow the return process.

We do not handle exchanges because of the potential for error. However, you may simply return your merchandise for a refund and reorder the desired items through our website.  Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind products, all items will be inspected upon return for any damages.

We take great pride in our unique and often one-of-a-kind products, and we hope you're ecstatic with your purchase from us. However, if you should need to return an item, you can do so by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return form, authorization number and instructions. Please provide your order number, located on the upper right hand corner of your packing slip. Returns must be in unused, unwashed and perfect condition.

Merchandise returned more than 14 days after delivery, in unsatisfactory condition, or not accompanying an authorization number will not be accepted.

Please note that all shipping and insurance charges associated with a return must be paid by you. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping charges and provide a refund without deductions. For items damaged or lost during shipping, we will immediately issue a refund and file a claim with USPS. We do require your full cooperation with the claim process.
